1. Services and Digital Products
All service fees, consultations, and digital products (including downloadable materials or online content) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the product has been accessed/downloaded.
If you believe there has been an error or issue with a service or digital product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will assess requests on a case-by-case basis and determine if a credit or partial refund is appropriate.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If your purchase involves a physical product:
